Providing refreshments at competitions is an important fundraiser for OHDA, helping to offset the costs associated with running competitions. Each year, member schools are assigned duties to help in this area.
Three weeks prior to a competition, a Sign Up Genius will be created and sent to the schools on duty.
There are two sign-ups: one for food and one for volunteers to set-up, staff and clean up after the competition.
