Lining up Dancers
- If we have 2 judges, we will need 2 people to line up the dancers in order and tell them when to go on stage and notify the judge that it’s the last set. (It’s good to have a spare person for emergencies) Some schools like to assign this task in one hour shifts, other schools prefer to assign it as morning or afternoon shift. As you prefer.
- Runner/assistant to scrutineer – To pick up judging sheets from judge and bring to the scrutineer desk.
